A Modern and Transitional Residence with a Scandinavian-inspired Design

The interior spaces were designed to blend our client’s style of modern and transitional while exuding warmth and a strong attention to detail. The ceiling design is flooded with comfortable soft lighting, with indirect lighting hidden inside the structural timber collar ties, which are repeated throughout both the interior and exterior spaces.

The master suite is spacious, featuring a large bedroom, double sink vanity with a quartz wrap detail, a soaking tub, a luxury glass-enclosed shower, his and hers closets, and a separate lounge space with exterior views. Two guest suites, a mudroom with bench seating and locker-style casework for organization, a laundry room with commercial size W/D, and a butler pantry with additional fridge and freezer columns, prep sink, and custom produce storage complete the first floor.

The kitchen is the heart of the house, designed specifically for our client’s love of entertaining guests. Features include a double fridge/freezer, a large 60″ range, a 4′ wide sink with multiple features, and a unique quartz slab for the island. The living room is designed with a beautiful double-sided fireplace at the entry/living room with sight through living and into the kitchen upon entry. The dining space offers an indoor-outdoor dining experience, while the media room, game room, and wine cellar with 150 custom-designed bottle storage provide ample entertainment space.

The lounge space features a wet bar with custom casework, pull-out fridge, and ice, while custom casework with functional features throughout the house, including trash pull-out, pull-out trays, and equipment storage, adds convenience and style. Stone features are incorporated throughout the interior and exterior of the home, with brass accents adding a touch of elegance and sophistication.
