The CBRE Tenant finish on the third floor at 3003 Harmony Road located on Ziegler and Harmony Roads in Fort Collins, Colorado.
This tenant finish is a 4,500 square foot improvement of existing office spaces. The area was reconfigured into collaboration spaces and meeting rooms with an open office layout. The finishes were updated to CBRE standards.

The major improvement was in the entry area, where a new client friendly, modern coffee bar was designed. The coffee bar has a quartz waterfall edge to the floor. A new wet bar area was included with three-dimensional tile, and floating shelving. Also, a custom reception desk was designed to incorporate the CBRE logo. Existing lighting was used in conjunction with new decorative fixtures. New flooring was introduced throughout. Overall the space is modern and inviting to work and meet.
