This was our fourth opportunity in space planning and designing this amazing downtown historic building. Our original design was for a ‘high end’ men’s clothing retail use – followed by three different restaurant concepts with full kitchen.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a living moss insignia fixed to a custom wood-paneled wall and is ‘teased’ with a just a glimpse of the restaurant beyond and a view of the backlit over-sized bar. A custom mobile Hostess stand was also created for flexibility in greeting guest.

At the entry, guests are encouraged to relax at the variety of generous cocktail areas that boasts custom lounge furniture with geometric detailing and views of historic downtown just outside. A VIP waiting area experience is also offered behind the tall butt glazing wall on an elevated floor giving yet another unique spin. Oversized double wood doors with full glass line the front of the space to easily create an indoor – outdoor experience with the adjacent outdoor dining areas.
The oversized bar area lends a variety of seating options from large bar height communal tables to smaller intimate tables, and tables that can be pulled together for ‘impromptu’ larger parties. There is also an option to enjoy velvet backed booths that surround the perimeter of the restaurant.

A private dining room features more oversized ‘butt glazing’ walls to give ‘separation’ and an added ‘ambiance’ from the dining area. Custom made luxe curtains are available to add ‘visual’ privacy – or to ‘transform’ the dining use into a private conference or presentation room.
