Scott Plaza

Scott Plaza Apartments is a five-story, 125,000 square foot student housing project located west of the Colorado State University campus. The project has 79 single, two, and three bedroom apartment units and is home to 194 CSU students. Special features include ground-level parking under the post-tensioned concrete second floor slab, a fourth floor exterior entertainment patio with hot-tubs, BBQ grills, and large screen TVs, a street side café and the home to two community Zip Cars.
