Richter Orthodontics is grounded in a warm, modern aesthetic that is focused on enhancing the patient experience. The 12 exam room building was designed to provide high quality orthodontic care with dramatic windows that enhance natural light throughout the building. A large break and training room provides a space for continuing education for the staff. The large lobby is wrapped in glass and stone with views to a well-manicured landscape. A custom theatre room provides a retreat for waiting patients to relax and enjoy the latest movie. Overall, the client desired a landmark building on a prominent corner in Northern Colorado.
