The Buxton Hotel is a bold reimagining of the 70 room Best Western hotel. It’s being transformed into a vibrant, hip destination infused with nostalgia and fresh energy. Inspired by the developer’s (Tribe Development) grandparents, the renovation blends soulful storytelling with modern design, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for guests and locals alike.

At the heart of the project is a complete overhaul of the hotel’s public spaces, including a dramatic new lobby that sets the tone for the Buxton’s playful yet refined identity. Warm textures, curated vintage details, and contemporary touches create a space that’s both welcoming and unforgettable.

Anchoring the ground floor is The Caldwell—a signature bar inspired by the grandfather’s love of classic Western flair. With a nod to the “Rhinestone Cowboy,” The Caldwell blends old-school country glam with modern edge, offering a lively atmosphere where mirrored finishes, leather, and honky-tonk charm meet craft cocktails and local flavor.

Every element of the Buxton is designed to spark curiosity and connection. The renovation doesn’t just refresh a building—it breathes new life into a community fixture, turning it into a buzzing hub of energy, style, and story. The Buxton isn’t just a hotel. It’s a vibe.
