A new two-story office building is rising on a uniquely shaped corner site in Old Town Fort Collins—right next to the historic Armory Concert Venue. Designed as a contemporary contrast to its surroundings, the project creates a fresh architectural anchor for the block while respecting the district’s character.
The sculpted massing responds to the site’s irregular geometry, shaping dynamic street façades and welcoming pedestrian edges. Expansive glazing, refined lines, and high-quality materials enhance visibility and connection to the public realm. The Chestnut Street frontage elevates the experience alongside the Elizabeth Hotel and the recently improved DDA alley.
We’re proud to collaborate with Brinkman Construction, KL&A Engineers, and Chris LaPlante on this standout project that bridges Old Town’s history with a modern design vision.
